CASE STUDY

An international accounting firm was considering deploying a London based team to an African country to conduct a protracted financial audit and investigation.  Prior to the deployment, Mercator were engaged to visit the destination and compile a detailed threat and risk assessment in order to address Board level security related ‘duty of care’ concerns.  The resulting report highlighted specific areas of risk and made relevant and practical risk mitigation proposals.  These proposals were accepted and the team then deployed successfully to begin their work.
