RISK MITIGATION

Having been involved in the planning and preparation of the deployment of a team of investigators to an African country, Mercator were engaged to provide broad project management services for the team.  This involved the resourcing and daily management of life support requirements, including security, accommodation, catering and transport.  Transit arrangements, including visas for team members and visitors were coordinated.  Detailed emergency and evacuation plans were established, tested and maintained.  Relationships were developed with key local enablers, providing a useful intelligence network which contributed significantly to the overall objectives of the deployment.
